NaadSetu Pro & courses

• Once purchased, NaadSetu Pro and Gurukul courses cannot be refunded. Access continues for the period or course paid for.

At Naadvenu, we strive for customer satisfaction. This Refunds and Cancellations Policy outlines our practices regarding refunds and cancellations for tickets purchased through our website (naadvenu.com).

1. Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your request within 24 hours of the purchase. The ticket must be unused, and the event must not have occurred.

2. Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your ticket, you must do so at least 48 hours before the event to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event will not be eligible for a refund.

3. How to Request a Refund

For eligible event tickets only, contact us at: naadvenufluteclass@gmail.com. Include your order number. NaadSetu Pro and course purchases cannot be refunded.

4. Processing Time

Approved event-ticket refunds are processed within 7-10 business days and credited to the original payment method.

5. Non-refundable Items

Certain items may be non-refundable, including but not limited to:

• NaadSetu Pro memberships.
• Gurukul / course purchases.
• Tickets for events that have already taken place.
• Service fees or processing fees associated with the purchase.

6. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refunds and Cancellations Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

NaadSetu account deletion

To delete a NaadSetu account, open the app → Sadhak → Suraksha → Delete my account. You can also email naadvenufluteclass@gmail.com or call / WhatsApp +91 82918 06360 from the same email used to sign in.
