NaadSetu Pro & courses

These terms also apply to the NaadSetu mobile app:

• NaadSetu Pro — premium practice tools and audio as shown in the app. Once purchased, Pro is not refundable.
• Gurukul courses — purchase or redeem code grants enrolled access; progress and certificates stay with your account. Once purchased, courses are not refundable.
• Abuse of sharing (device binding) may result in access review by admins

Tickets for events are available for purchase through our website. Prices are subject to change based on availability and demand. All purchases are final, and refunds will be processed according to our Refund Policy.

Payments for tickets will be processed through Razorpay. By making a purchase, you consent to Razorpay's terms and conditions, which can be found at Razorpay Terms.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information during the booking process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Limitation of Liability

Namostute shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or inability to access our website.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

NaadSetu account deletion

To delete a NaadSetu account, open the app → Sadhak → Suraksha → Delete my account. You can also email naadvenufluteclass@gmail.com or call / WhatsApp +91 82918 06360 from the same email used to sign in.
